Looks like some potent showers with hail mixed in them are heading up the Severn Estuary and approaching Bristol & Gloucester area soon, according to the rainfall radar.

Just had a very heavy shower here with rain hail and even a little sleet towards the end.

Left the ground white outside like it had snowed which is quite interesting temp 4.9c

Yes a slight frost this morning and some white 'blobs' amongst the frost on cars with a Bristol Channel shower streamer at present

which is showing as sleet on NW Radar but could well be hail or wet snow.

No grey skies that was forecast for this morning around Bristol. Blue sky. sunshine, with some bits and bobs of grey cloud lying about getting burnt off. Is the cloud meant to roll in later or do you think it might stay sunny now that its already (almost) clear skies?

EDIT: Nevermind! Here comes the cloud...at least it's still relatively bright.

Been dull and overcast all day here but quite mild. This evening the cloud is beginning to break up and a light breeze is developing

It's the warmest day since 30 Oct here, wondering if the current 15.1c can become a 16c? I'd hope so given continued

sunshine.

Warmest day of the year here also but not quite the max recorded elsewhere since we only managed 16.6°C but still very pleasant.

Scorchio for this time of year with very few clouds in the sky.

There will be a few 70f plus temperatures about again, no doubt. Staying like this until the end of March, albeit with some possibly cloudier spells.

Cheers
