For the first ever time, I'm going to buy the NW radar! Hopefully it will get a decent amount of use!

Now you have gone and jinxed it lol!

I'm tipping SW London/NE Surrey to be the sweet-spot for the snow tomorrow! Yamkin, can you confirm?

6.7C Sunny.

Well, I live in Kent, where we all measure snow in Kentimetres - normally double the lengh of a normal centimetre. So for every 5cm's you lot get, we'll be getting 10! good.giflaugh.png

From Sunday onwards the SE will be in -8C air and Kent in particular is forecast to have 24 hours of streamer action until Monday afternoon. The GFS precip charts on NW extra look very promising indeed. Here is a typical chart but i could have picked any in this timeframe.

Ok, so..I've been trying to wrap my head around the charts and from what I can see Tuesday is looking best for Ippy and area. I was looking at the 06z'run'. :o

I looked at a range of those earlier Ed and for me they are very encouraging because the promontory of Beachy Head is slap bang in the middle of almost all the pink in this run!

I'm probably too west but knowing the penchant of the charts to fail to deliver, or deliver when not expected it is not worth reading too much into them. The radar will be the key.

Also I expect that somewhere will have an unexpected fall at some point - one without a warning put out until it is almost over - happens every year!
