Just dipped into the Midlands thread, snow line looks to be east of Birmingham at the moment, but plenty of reports of snow through Notts, Northants and Leicestershire.

Will make my way to the CS and SW England thread and see what I can find a little further south! (hoping for reports of snow in Oxford ideally)

Blue skies, temp is 2.3 and the dew point is 0.4. I shan't hold my breath :-(

Same here, CT...I don't recall seeing a forecast for a dry, sunny day anywhere!

Started snowing here a while ago but has turned to rain now not good. At work Oxford Airport.

Best I could find was snow in Reading, which bodes well

BOS - not so good! My current estimate is the snow line runs from Birmingham into Oxford and then along the Thames (excluding Central London), based upon the tracking of the triple point and observations

not sure who else is similar but here in the country, although there has been the inevitable slight thaw in some surfaces, many roads, pavements, houses etc still have a decent inch or so with more on the grass from last night.

Hoping should bode well for Dew Points later on, temperatures (upper and lower) should be okay I think for us!

Looks like a lot of Sleet and rain snow on the front edge hope more cold digs in

it looks like snow on the front edge as it hits the cold air? and sleet on its back edge?am i getting confused lol?

HA..HA...I dont like to ramp...But was told getting at least 2cm of snow here this morning. Not a flake around sun is out with blue sky....radar got it wrong..and people pay money to look at that...think they should get a refund.

Its not even freezing here, and my fish pond has no Ice..at the moment its 3c.

Its like a spring day at the moment...hope they get it right later...then i wont have to ramp

oh i know how funny!!!i did feel like i wasted alot of time last night to start with as it seemed it was all going so well,then stuck under pink for hours on end with nothing.However it was down to light precip and such low dew points not anaprop.

Just had an update from home, snow turned into snow/rain now the line seems to be moving east hopefully will move back west!
