Having spent the weekend trying to keep up with here and going to bed thinking JP has got it wrong, but he was right.

I've woken up to SNOW in Sydenham, SE London.

Enough to give a covering on cars and roofs but not settling on the roads.

Woke up 2 am having been under the pink radar blob for hours - nothing.

Woke up just now and we have a covering on car, grass and trees. Was still snowing lightly but now stopped. Beautiful!

Hi just got to docklands,thanet way fast lane had a lot of slush in it,snowed on and off all the way,below freezing lowest -2c,some areas had very little snow others up to an inch.M2 was ok ..no probs.

I Think someone (prob my wife) sprinkled some icing sugar over my car. Bless her. All ground to a halt round here in Southend. 0.001mm of snow has caused carnage.

Thought the snow had gone, but amazing to see on the radar how small showers suddenly appear from nowhere.

So it looks like small flurries could continue?

Surprised we had a heavier spell of snow, must be at least 3 to 5mm settled now on the cars, just started to settle on the paths and very rarely used road in Dartford.

Thanks Steve up to page 8 now around 11|30 last night, so I still got the upgrades to come.
