Temp has remained constant since 1300 but it feels really raw and yes, it's looking very dark towards the south east - are there any thoughts on the possibility of a freeze tonight? There's a lot of cloud and BBC shows +3c overnight here...............a very small thaw this afternoon but foliage and branches still holding accumulations so nothing major

well i just come back from the vets bit upset my dog had to be put to sleep broke my heart.

but already foot print holes have yet another dusting on top moderate snow grains falling at a moderate rate with wind driving it rather shocked because i thought this was the end of the event but clearly there is some residule engery left here and there.

rest in peace my wizzy on this snowy day x

So sorry to hear that, MR cray.gif

Well, Model discussion thread is a bit dead - was wondering what to expect next!

I think members are a bit modelled out just for a while. It'll get going on there again soon. Lots of interest in the short term for our region with Sunday's possible snow event from France.

Well, it has pretty much snowed all day here in Frampton Cotterell even if some of it has been just light snow this aftenoon. Pretty much stopped now though. Certainly no thaw whatever here. the snow on the trees is still there even though the wind has blown them around a bit too. Here are a few pitures, but only from my garden as I was working all day at home sadly!
