Quite heavy snow drizzle n pellets here. Minus 0.6 c

Looks like my fourth ice day in a row and my 20th ice day since 2009.

oopppssss just seen the yellow warning for snow, i thought it was just an ice warning

Yellow warning from Midday tommorow until midnight, then another yellow warning issued for snow from Midnight Monday until 23:59 Monday

It's up at +1.3 here but the dew point remains below zero and consequently there is very little thawing.

That's interesting, dewpoint is -0.5 here.

I've always been a bit sceptical about claims made regarding dewpoint and snow but whether or not it thaws seems significant.

Sometimes it will go pretty steadily when air is barely above freezing, but I have seen it as high as 5C especially under clear skies and the snow softens and sinks down but does not drip even from roofs.

There saying about 5cm up to 10 high ground.Things may and prob will change yet.x

It looks like a repeat of what the south got yesterday then time its happening on the other side! so Se, parts of midlands, North and north east turn tomorrow
