Temp steady at 0.7c after dropping to 0.4c earlier. Slushy mess on car windscreen , nought elsewhere....looks to be turning back to sleet again, no intensity unfortunately.

Lots of people saying that the ground is too wet for snow to settle. If the ground temp hits zero, it'll start to settle quite readily.

Yep, good point its all about the temp and dewpoint, not how wet.

Just been out in it, very impressive; dare I say it almost blizzard like (not in N. American terms though!) All surfaces covered, even gritted roads. Keep it coming!
