Hi all,

Another beautiful day today.....we're all getting spoiled Posted Image

Tom, your goat must have had plenty of grass cuttings for his dinner! Very satisfying getting the mowing done.

Enjoy your day all

Afternoon all,

From a very warm Croydon. Yes Jan, the goat did very well thank you, considering he didn't have to work for it but we seem to be stuck with Eric, actually all my pets are called Eric, sure I've told you that before. Thinking of dropping him off at Foal Farm, Biggin Hill and the rescue centre there but don't know how to break it to him!

Plenty of grass cuttings waiting to be dropped off at Waldo Road rubbish depot, which I'm sure you know well Jan.

Hope you all have a lovely afternoon and get out and enjoy the sunshine, if you can.

Afternoon Jan,

Just driven back through Brighton city centre and around the areas of students accommodation, there is a lot of lovely lady flesh on view in the fantastic sunshine today.

I think most of the damage to the front of my car will knock out!! Posted Image

Hi Rob,

Mmm, sounds a bit suspect to me, you could get yourself arrested loitering like that! Posted Image

Regards,

Tom.Posted Image

I wasn't loitering I was driving, but now I have a strained neck and it wasn't through whiplash :whistling:

Good afternoon one and all on what is yet another satisfyingly sunny day, albeit a bit hazier than of late. Should breach 20c here though still with that irritating breeze.

Robin your gifs crack me up, where on earth do you find them all ?

Have a good day folks. Posted Image

Hi Tom,

If you're going to Waldo Road you can pick my cuttings up on the way, I've got loads!

My daughter Sarah does voluntary work on Sunday mornings at Foal Farm. I'll have a word with her to see if there's room for Eric Posted Image

Such a lovely afternoon, my garden is finally starting to flourish under this beautiful sunshine

A sombering and worthy reminder Jan. I pray we will never forget the sacrifices made by that heroic generation of men and women, so that we may live in peace and freedom.

According to BBC temperatures are approaching 25c in the Portsmouth area, vey nice. Now up to 23c here under cloudless, though slightly hazy skies.

This week gets a definate Posted Image from me.

Another beautiful day, loving every minute :) Minor gripe would be the wind and how quickly it cools off in the evening but can't really moan!

From the south and east facing view from here there is a pink sunset hue/haze for the first time in recent evenings and amidst that view there are (I assume) the remains of the French storms that developed this afternoon. The clouds are dissipating with the sunset some way over the channel, and whilst from a personal pov I am pleased about that, the clouds themselves would be great for photographyPosted Image . However I have been busy with much more important and interesting girly things - like helping my nails recover from some ruthless gardening pruningPosted Image

There seems to be some activity across the Channel. Wonder if it'll come over here. :)

It's been glorious here in Ippy today. Really hot...but why are the nights still so chilly?

Because we are drawing in a North easterly and not a southerly hence the air crosses over cold water and cools the air, so if the sun is not blazing to heat everything up...  I think Posted Image
