[Costa Del Fal]

Oh what a beauty of a day again. A little cloud late morning but otherwise very warm or hot (in the sun) when sunbathing and the wind drops! 5th day of brilliant sunshine here. Strolled round Pendennis Castle too. What a perfect day and a perfect week - Im still loving it as each day passes here, especially when the sun is out.

 

Cornwall looks to be one of the best places to be for the sunshine this week and very healthy pleasant temperatures!

And in his Points West forecast he said a slight risk of thunderstorms late on Friday, but stressed a low point probability in any one place and more likely in the South of the region.Something to keep an eye on over the next 3 or 4 days while enjoying the beautiful sunshine.

Beautiful sunny day again  Once again the wind has switched from a NE'ly to a SE'ly so the temperature has dropped a little from what it was earlier. Temperature is 18.6C after a minimum of 8.5C.

Another brilliant day of sunshine here in Swindon today, without a cloud in the sky throughout the entire morning. Temperatures peaked at 20.3C at around 2:30, and it is great to look at the forecast and see that there is much more to come over the next few days!

What's happened to our wall to wall sunshine? At the moment there is a SC sheet at about 3000 feet. Subsidence? A snippet on Sc which one of the more interesting clouds.

I truly cannot believe some people!

Was with the in laws last night and they were moaning about it being cold! Despite it being the 5th day of almost total sunshine with temps around 19c to 21c and similar likely to continue for at least 5 more days!

I said that we'd just had the coldest Spring for 50 years and that surely this current spell is perfect, but no! Apparantly they would rather high humidity, 25c and rain if it meant no breeze and fresh late evenings/early mornings.

Loving this weather and couldn't be happier. Is it too much to ask for a intense thunderstorm afterwards?

Totally agree!

6 days in a row now with almost maximum sunshine, just some scattered Cumulus each afternoon and occasional patches of Cirrus, and looking like at last 4 more days of the same to come.
