May finally get a direct hit from the storm just going past Weston.

Wow cracking storm in Wellington!!!! superb, lovely looking clouds to the east sun shining to the west of me ,intense flickers and lovely   deep rumbles .................not sure if it is moving away though now .........................

We will see clouds haven't really moved though d=so hopefully more to come .

 

 

Seems to have stopped for now but clouds still around.

Amazing thundery shower just passed through here, rain so heavy you couldn't see 10ft in front of you, very strong gusts of wind, awesome that was!

Boom! Short but big thunderstorm just gone over Yatton - loud overhead thunder, hail and driving rain. Most of the lightning is pretty concealed within the general mess so just flashes.

Proper thunder storm just passed to the East of Nailsea, looked like a direct hit on Weston, shame I wasn't there to see it.

There is a much broader area of dark clouds to my west now so hopefully this means I will get a direct storm later.

That storm near Bristol looks quite the cracker.

 

Still raining here, although it is only light. Most of the roads have cleared/been cleared by the council now, but I'm not ruling out seeing something else before they day is over.

I can see another cumulonimbus but this time it is to the west of me.

 

I am hoping this has thunder in as this would be the closest yet.

I'm hoping you're right mate, I've been trying to figure out if it will hit us or just go slightly north of us. Let's just hope we get some more action
