That must have been one ribbon of lightning across the whole of southern england west to Hants, by the sound of things... Frontal thunder... MORE rumbles in the far distance too now..

One lightning flash plus I believe a roll of thunder, but with the Hulk on TV it's really difficult to hear anything.

That flash must have hit all of us.. Took 2 secs for the thunder to hit.. World classss!!!

Very prolonged lightning just now... Seemed to last at least 3 seconds, if not longer!

Thunder and lightning here in Clapham...several minutes between each flash though....
