Hi all, last night in UK for a fortnight and it could be a lively one. Got as high as 29.2c here in Reigate and is now 20.7c with 82% humidity and the rain has just started. Only light rain at the moment but it's pretty dark and the air feels extraordinarily heavy, with a soporific density to it, full of potential. Will the potential deliver? As long as it doesn't mess with our flight early tomorrow, please carry on!No internet abroad (actually that's quite a sweeping statement, I mean there is no internet in the house we have rented!) so in the absence of a wifi connection it's Kale Nichta from me for 2 weeks. Have fun, keep safe and I look forward to catching up on my returnAS

Evening all, a very warm day again here, with a maximum temperature of 28C, this is despite the forecast maximum of 23C. Rain should arrive here in about an hour-1/2 hours time.

Took dog out for pre-emptive walk, in case we get storms later; rain is now reasonably heavy and it's cooled down, but no sign of thunder. Fingers crossed.
