Doozy snow shower in Belfast City at the moment. All eyes to the radar post 4pm for hopefully some more prolonged showery stuff.

Heavy shower in Derry, but still falling as Hail.

Just had an epic snow shower in Antrim.  Blizzard conditions and left a dusting over everything, although melted a bit on the road now. but still on roof tops, trees, grass etc

Yep, started as sleet but quickly turned to snow. Not heavy or long enough to stick, but we're getting there. A light dusting on the Galtees down to about 200m, so the snowline is descending

Am I right in thinking showers seem very scattered here in West, then intensify as they move East?

I'm up on a hill and have had quite a few snow showers blowing through with hail mixed through. Yeah things will intensify from 4 on.
