Sun finally appeared but not till 2pm, hoping charts improve and shift that azores high further north as the atlantic firing up is not a good sign approaching Easter.

Got a covering of hail here very heavy soft hail shower 4.1c

Light-moderate wet snow here following a hail shower which left a thin covering of hail on the ground.

The temperature is 1.6c, a fall of 4.5c in the last 40 minutes.

Light shower just passing to my West, it looked quite a little bruiser on the way in, even produced one strike North of Shrewsbury. Very slow moving. No doubt it will gain energy once it passes Telford and drop loads more bolts... As is the norm around here.

No snow here, A short sharp hail shower after lunch with long sunny spells and a top temp of 7.8c.

Still got patches of snow left/soft hail,piled upto 4inches by some doors 2/3 inches left there.

Missed all the showers yesterday, so ended up with a day of sunny spells. No frost overnight, rather disappointingly.

Yep that was a nice surprise at 5am... woke up by kids screaming IT'S SNOWING... looked lovely but sadly a quick thaw as soon as daylight kicked in. still nice to see.

Seemed to hail for hours on end last night here, slow to brighten up today but nice yesterday and looks decent tomorrow now to, sods law the weekend looks like rubbish.

Stayed mainly dry here til about 09:30, then rained on and off for about 2 hrs.

Clear blue ky but with a stong gusty wind. Min last night at 2.3C before cloud moved in

Temperature at 9C.

The overnight rain cleared here by 6am this morning, and since then it's been sunny spells. All in all, a very pleasant day, albeit a bit windy this afternoon. Max temp was 11C, so pretty respectable.

Wind dropped out now and expecting a cool evening with some frost by the morning.

No real rain for days, the holidays start and we get this rubbish all of a sudden. With more of it on the way looking at the charts.

Fingers crossed the GFS is on to something for next weekend! feel like I haven't seen the sun since July now after the rubbish August/Autumn.
