Distant thunder from the south.

 

Good stuff Paul, send it Newbury way please. If it did happen to re-intensify I might end up getting my first Thunder day of the year. 11pm to daybreak tomorrow looks the peak time for a final straw clutch.

Distinct hook echo on that precipitation over Norfolk area.

 

Intriguing for sure, looks like it is due East of Thetford towards Bury St.Edmunds according to me.

What a disappointment, yet again. I suppose it's just hit and miss with storms in the good old British Isles. Too unpredictable, too hard to call. 

 

Time to grab some ice cold beers and relax. This humidity is gruesome.

Seems the cell over SE Hants has died once more, hopefully it reorganises so people upwind get some action! Was nice to see finally some thunder and lightning to end this humid day!

iv got a funny feeling the West Midlands is going to get Thunderstorms.

yep, had a quick look out in the garden and spotted 4 distant flashes....3 to the NW and one to the SE....no audible thunder as they're miles away

I'm never wrong with my feelings its already started to Thunder to the south.
