Area of convection appearing to be heading towards London? Hopefully it explodes once it makes landfall.

The pressure has fallen on my weather station recently and the shower symbol has appeared. Wasn't expecting anything in London until Thursday, could we end up with thunder storms tonight? :shok: Not a cloud in the sky................yet.

Hiya all, anyone kno How far inland are these storms expected to go? Will they intensify and carry on building, been a lush day here, went heacham earlier and not a cloud in the sky, still no clouds but hoping these lil beauty's will make it across land and keep building :)

Winds at 500hpa (at around 18,000 ft ) are NE'ly

Here in Eastbourne over looking the bay enjoying a little bevvy or two and there's banks of Ac CA's streaming up from the southwest... Promising 1 :D

Estofex are pretty late with their forecast for tomorrow. Really hope they manage to issue one...
