Just had to empty the paddling pool lol! It blew over and started fillin' up!

Fed up of this weather i'm ready to ditch summer and move onto Autumn now Might see some sun then ...

Certainly didn’t expect so much volatile weather today here. I did recently and it didn’t materialise in this part of the world it seem to be more down Taunton areas. 
 

Very turbulent skies today with what looks like 3 potential funnel clouds over towards Clayhill and Longleat direction literally 5 minutes or so ago.

We have had a number of trees down,all it seems at around 4 30 am,any news of anything unusual ie very short lived wind gust

hello Jy,

not surprising really I think it was on its way to Hampshire from here. Those photos I took was in a south-easterly direction. 
I was thinking whoever was under that lot were probably getting quite strong winds.

Morning All, overcast start to the day as the beachcam shows nicely..

Overnight some light rain adding 0.4mm just after midnight, the temperature low was 12.6°C at: 00:24, currently 16.2°C with RH81% and a  breeze in from the SW..

Still no sun here, just another cloudy day with temperatures just above the mid-teens. Have hardly reached 20°C at all over the last couple of weeks which for this time of year is very disappointing. 16.8°C

Well at laast we have seen the sun again too. Could aswell but decent spells of sun for a change. So glad the atlantic is back!!

We very often get days when shower streamers set up running from Devon-Somerset-Wiltshire/Gloucestershire but they often only last a few hours. 
 

Today’s has been going since about 10am and it’s still renewing now!

Just to the SE of the line we’ve had a few light showers as the edge drifts nearer then decays.

Been away on the Gower today. Nearly cancelled it due to the forecast but went anyway and enjoyed almost unbroken sunshine! Very sunny all along the M4 home then clouded over in England!

No rain here today though and a sunny evening.

Morning All, after a mild night some mist patches overnight have cleared, and we are off into a bright start, although a layer of St persists, showing nicely in the beachcam this morning

Sun and cloud but i'll take it. I've lowered my expectations of this year! Any sun is now summer basically! Horray for the atlantic. Gone is the long days of never ending doom!

Pleasantly surprised by how sunny it has been since late morning! 22.5°C to boot.
