Yes, we did last week. Thermostat  at 21C has meant it has only come on a few times so far, first thing in the morning.

This is what ours is set to too

No had it on yet, was thinking about it last night though but held off. Since the end of march have only had it on for 2 hrs  that was in April.

Last autumn/winter I kept a little diary of when the heating was on, how many hrs a day. To get an idea of the cost.

Put it on for the first time yesterday, a whole month earlier than last year. Got down to 14.1C in the end 🥶

Ours went on for the first time on Saturday as the wind was very efficient at stripping the heat from the house even though its well insulated. Today is actually colder temperature-wise, but completely calm so hasn't been needed.

Since Saturday morning as the cold front arrived, on and off every few hours particularly morning and evening. House isn't really well insulated as it is over a 110 years old.
