All depends on what you call “gotta”, for me its mild and wet is grotty especially in Winter....at least we have some thing that’s Wintry ( fog and a hoar frost ) I’ve just seen a lovely red sun set here

Had to laugh this morning MIA , I seen some golfers having a go in the fog, I thought how do you know where the bloody hell the ball has gone once you’ve gave it a slog, then again they were on the green ( potting practice methinks ) ...but brave they were in that freezing fog, they must love it that’s all can say

Yep

and it does seem colder tonight. My temp  is already at 1.0C at5.30.

Yes us golfers know we are mad b-------s.

But we enjoy the company and banter, and its much better then siting at home.

I tend to love the clear cold conditions. My most memorable for cold was one saturday morning when it was -8C. As the sun came out the effect was of rainbow 'fairy' dust falling from the sky. Millions of minute coloured grains were everywhere.

Fantastic.

Against that, I once played golf when the temperature reached 44C north of Perth in Australia. Now that was real hard work, and I was totally 'gone' at the end of it. The 'pro' told us we were mad to complete the round. He thought that everyone had gone home, and was about to lock up!!

Enough of my rambling...

Which golf course where you walking around? Was it by the airport?

Also,  I have meant to congratulate you on having your own weather station.

Great to see someone local reporting temps,  now that 'Bish' is no longer reporting..

Is he still OK. Do you know?

MIA.

Evening All!  High of 4.7, good frost at dawn -1.7•C.

Just above freezing now, looks like third frost on the trot. Gauge dropping though so expect change tomorrow morning.

I wouldn't mind high pressure if we had the weather like today! Clear skies, frosty nights - today the frost remained in shaded areas. But, doom and gloom is incoming!

Glorious couple of winter's days here in north Worcs with lots of frosty surfaces and almost endless blue skies. Fantastic weather for walking, especially at breakfast time before the sun turned the fields to mud and it was still easy to walk over the grass in the sunshine. Blue skies almost all day here, though mist lingering most of the day down by the Severn. Max 3.3 °C after a night min of -1.9 °C, so nothing exceptional but very seasonal. A shame the weekend isn't expected to be as good, but hopefully Monday will bring more weather like this.

Methinks you’ve got mixed up with the recent November we’ve just had, as November 2020 was without snow, not to worry....let’s hope Bish is all good and still with us

Some of the frost lasted all day here in the shade.  Been a while since that last happened!

You'd think so but the moon is shining bright, on it's way back down again now.
