Universal model agreement here very rare,,that dream could and should turn into a reality. I do not see any downgrades which will affect us getting much colder temperatures.

It is unusual outside of the Highlands only very cold air/ complemented by slack flow little to no wind, clear skies, to more widespread parts of the country, can give those sort of temperatures. Snow cover also helps.

Haha, yep I'm bubbling over with excitement. Chilly start here wintry atmospheric conditions with the mist, shrouding woodlands.
