    That was the forecast..rain, sleet maybe snow. Readily turning to rain on back edge now on radar. I had a high of 5.9 yesterday, wonder if that will be beaten. Day time temps have risen all week.

    Yes, but how much of it will be snow. With upper air temps you would think yes....but that proves to be wrong with regards to my post above. The current weather is fantastic, sunny skies, cool and dry. Dry being the important word. If this carries on for the next two weeks I will be delighted. Means I can get in the garden early and tidy up, paint fences etc ready for spring!!

    Its amazing how we have -5 air across the country or maybe lower and there is heavy rain showers across Eastern parts in a NE flow.

    Yep sounds about right, 1 degree different between your coastal location and mine 7-8 miles inland. The cloud cover is doing us no favours with regards to frost. Should of taken your Christmas lights down by now!!! haha. Your weather station even been hit by lighting?!!........Nice pics.

    Thursday could produce more wintry PPN from a NE/E direction. Even today those showers across Eastern areas my penetrate into the SW region.

    Barely below freezing here last night (-0.5) way off the meto forecast of -2 for towns and cities.

    No snow in North Somerset. No frost, min temp -0.5 now +0.8 and rising. Too much cloud and slight breeze again
