I would like to announce 2 rumbles of thunder in the distance, South or South East I think

That rain currently leaving Normandy is intensifying.

Looks like all the storms around the Midlands and Wales have fizzled out with just the odd bit of lightning showing up on the 5 minute detector.

But look at the activity in the South!!....

Well, another 20 minutes and I will have to get some sleep. But having said that by the looks of things the next few hours are looking most interesting for many of you in the South. Enjoy

There is no way I am going to bed now, it looks interesting alright :D
wow, first have island named after me now a storm, :)

Looking good Russ, might have to open all the doors up again,

I feel a long night coming on :)

If it goes past Culver I'll go up in the landrover as with the back door open the rain cant get at the camera easily and the tripod is out of the wind, You can fit in to if I see you up there, if it goes over the the South or West too much I'll go in a car instead cos the landrover drives like a tractor its 1970!

And finally if it goes no where I'll just disappear up my own bum :) Sorry erm' I'll go to sleep

yea...in your opinion

To be honest I'm not certain, If it does reach your area it could be a long while.

Persian Paladin might have an Idea of how long.

It deffinatly favours your location directly London snow, IMO its going E of us, if anything we'll just clip the edge. I think that will be fine for seeing lightning though here.
