I'd like to see those huge icicles like I remember when I was a kid back in the seventies.

I haven't seen those since I was a teenager some 25 years ago!

excellent! still have not had a single flake here and the skies are clearing here!

Erm, am I missing something, where is here?

Lots of members dont seem to have a location, whats the point of that then?

Plenty of snow falling out the sky, it's perfect - grauple gave a nice base for all the snow to lay on, about 0.5cm at the moment at 35m ASL. Just slightly less than the 5 Jan event, and that happened over several hours!

an EXTREME warning for Kent, Surrey, London & Hampshire now :)

If the Met Office don't sort out their warnings for the south east soon then they could be in big trouble.

Met office have removed all warnings from my area in Bournemouth and yet the forecast on netweather is showig 100% snow for later today and overnight. I dont know who to believe, I have a sinking feeling all this hype is going to be a complete non event for us as per usual.

Can I ask you, why are you called kent but based in Bournemouth, cant see a location anywhere, I'm getting very confused now...............
