Current depth around 6cm at the moment but around 12cm on the grass where the thaw has been much slower.

This is now 7 snowfalls since Feb 2nd.

When it gets heavier and the temps get a chance to drop, we should get a brief spell of decent snow to finish the cold-spell off nicely.

Just plotted the charts and the main tail with the activity of snow seems to hit Kent solid at about 8.30 to 09.30, I woudl edge for 9pm on the dot!

I wouldn't be surprised if Northants/Leicestershire see a heavy snowfall over the next few hrs as a much heavier band is heading your way.
