Snowing with a bit more oomph here now so my moaning did the trick!

Sky News were live in Wesminster a minute ago and it's snowing there.

Snowing in Barnet for the last half hour or so, not big flakes, but plenty of them.

Starting to settle.

My wife tells me it is snowing "quite hard" in Ealing. How it can be snowing in Westminster and Ealing but not Hammersmith is beyond me. Perhaps the superb forecasters at the BBC can tell us?

Er No, sorry. Many reports in other threads of radar echoes, but no precip. Atmospheric issues, or maybe technical ones with the radar.

Be patient... it is looking likely that you will get hit shortly the same as us here in Whitstable, however a lot is going on in the atmosphere at present, as the temperature falls you will start to see some white stuff.

My guess that it will all be over by 7pm and we will not have a covering.

Your lucky to even see it i have bone dry paths roads and decking but should be experiencing snow so i am bemused as to why. Good luck to you LLWA the one time i am under the ppn according to the radar and it ends up the radar is telling porkies for my area.

Nicki - if you go into My Controls, and click on Personal Profile - then under Edit Personal Profile, key in where you are, it will enable us to see where you are coming from - literally!

I used to be but the 2 big letdowns have dented my confidence so i dont really pay much notice to the meto or bbc forcasts anymore.

She said is was not settling but was "flurrying around". I have just seen a couple of flakes in Hammersmith - but nothing much. Now it is dark so it's hard to see.

wet snow here in tonbridge...believe me if it can snow here...then any where as a good chance!!!

My son's in Kenya at the moment - do you suggest I warn him?
