Light Snow here now.

It's still 4c, so doubt it will settle.

:D A near neighbour here and can confirm its SNOWING and settling! Fine miniscule flakes but its snow and exactly as we know it Jim!

Looks to me as if there is a real possibility that most of the precipitation will just move to the west of Norfolk. There is nothing at the moment and it looks like it is now on a more southerly track. I hope I'm wrong but it wouldn't suprise me.

snowing rather heavy here in north west norfolk and beginning to settle. was rather surprised with the covering we got last night too. it seemed just a six mile wide area around here got the snow last night, main roads WERE NOT EVEN GRITTED!

anyone got an idea on how long i should expect this to last??

many thanks

Nice to see you back GP :D

lunch time news on the BBC indicated that we will have snow tonight! so we might just be lucky.

I've always stayed here - just don't post as much these days! :D

Still, us Redhill and Reigate people should stick on here!

Sounding a bit better for snow!

As it has taken many people (including the professionals) unawares I'm not surprised at late responses from councils etc. I wouldn't mind betting it will all be slush in the morning.

light snow here in Ladbroke Grove.

Interesting few hours ahead for the SE.

A couple of cms would be enough for me. Making everywhere look beautiful, yet keeping the main roads and main transport routes open

Really? I'm in Waterloo surrounded by glass walls... I can't see any :(

About 10 mins ago, your pavements should be slightly wet.
