What a rapid turn around from earlier! As longas its pretty much all snow its looking very good now. The radar shows much of it being Moderate with even heavier areas and it being snow it could be pretty good!

Well I'm torn here- it can rain and sleet as much as it likes in Telford/Stoke, but yet again Shrewsbury is missing the precipitation, this time from a N'ly. Will be taking the **** if t turns to settling snow and still misses here, or settles everywhere else.

You are worrying far too much and tbh its getting annoying. We are all likely to see some Snow here. It may start off as rain/sleet but by the sounds of reports this is brief and snow which looks rather heavy will be swiftly moving in. Chin up!

Temperature now risen to 1.6°C here, so at this rate we can only hope for snow.

Temp now dropped back to 0.9°C

Dewpoint also dropped to -0.3°C

If it'sd in Stoke .. Just down the A50 .. Shoudl be in Leicester within the next 10-15 mins , If it isn't all snow i'll be surprised as our temps are lower than stokes. and our due point's are around -2 . -3 . If ti hit's Narborough first I will let you know mate. Where's Andy Leic tonight ?

Admittedly the band looks like it could be rather short lasting for those probably to the East of Birmingham. Those to the West may see a more prolonged area of mod/heavy snow. Looking good for here at the moment.
