Aye plenty of snow here too, and it's now snowing moderately again.

Not had a anymore snow since a tiny shower at midnight, everything seems to just disintegrate before it comes to the boro, showers splitting as they go past us, must be something to do with the smog lol

Just been out taking the dog for a walk, lovely snowfall here, I would say there is around 10cm of level snow and more in drifts.

It looks like we have missed the worst of it (or should I say the best?) but still a healthy enough 4cm here, and just started to lightly snow.

There is a big heavy blob about 30-40 miles north of you and it seems to be moving N-S. I can't see you missing that one, although these showers are losing a lot of intensity by the time they get as far south as us.

That shower cloud is so close to us, really is black towards the east.

I suppose seeing as i got a decent cover, i won't be as bothard if its hits or not but seeing as it is so close to us, i want it to hit and not weaken and miss us.

Good fall of snow during the early hours, as everyone else from around here is reporting there is about 3-4 inches. It looks weird to the east because the sky is so black but the snow is so white!

Heavy snow here now and judging by the radar this could be a prolonged outbreak. Looks like just reserved for the east (about time!) though....

Don't worry about it, i'm sure you will get some showers today, they are that unpredictable. Plus you could get hit by that band of snow(albeit it looks like a skinny band) tomorrow and then of course theres next weeks potential if it does not downgrade. :whistling:

Starting to snow more heavily here after around 5-10 mins of light snow and looks like theres more to come. :D

I've set my phone (HTC HERO) to do a time-lapse video of the snow that's going to miss Middlesbrough haha, looks like we might get a bit.

I have to say this is very impressive snow. The sky is very dark and its getting very heavy. The band is stretched out along the coast and it looks over 30 miles long with red intensity. I think at least 4 inches will fall out of this :whistling:
