just started snowing here in West Swindon - smallish flakes but quite heavy already covered ground

temp -1 degrees

100% cloud cover

little wind (hope I get over it)

Anyone in frome bath trowbridge wells etc getting anything.I been waiting and waiting and still only light snow bit heavier currently but not what i was hoping for tbh

I'm in Melksham and have nothing here yet! Keep waiting for this turn around or pivot or whatever that is meant to happen but its sure taking its time.

I might have a go then. Precipitation moving to Devon and Bristol, missing Somerset AGAIN. I swear south Somerset must be one of only a few areas at most left snowless in this cold spell.

Snow's getting heavy here in Winterbourne, Bristol now. Looks like a shower though for about half an hour and then after a short while the main snow band is going to hit.

Eased off here now but it looks fab outside everything covered in a good dusting up to a cm deep.

Looks as though we'll be waiting for the stuff over Wales to travel south, although its still cloudy so we may geta few snow flurries/showers before it arrives (if it arrrives?)
