Heavy snow here in Beckton for the last 10 mins

A level 6 inches out there now and it's starting to seriously drift around.

oh dear, a gap is appearing on the radar, currently around the Faversham, Whitstaballs and Sheppey area, moving this way!

our beloved trough is moving westwards, allowing the upper warm front on the other side of the Chunnel to move in - precip increasing over NE France, albeit light!

edit: panic over, the 'gap' was a blip

Must be bad - my daughter who works in the Arndale Centre in Eastbourne has just been sent home because of weather conditions and says shops are closing there. Be interesting to see how many are open tom

i think most of us would benefit from more easterlies, theres stuff in the channel which needs pushing across us all.

The sky is full off snow here in Morden Surrey been snowing most off the day and getting very heavy now

Grrrr my sons shop are insisting he go in to work at 5pm He is covering for someone and they are covering for him next week because of exams. They are closing early too. I have to drive him there now. Silly shop
