Now stopped in Springfield (North Chelmsford) after an hour or so of moderatly heavy snow. hopefully more to come in a little while.wallbash.gif

Been snowing since 3pm not even a 1cm yet .... maybe the heaviest stuff might be on its way, still heavy looking clouds and snowing slightly but had been a little heavier 10 mins ago ....

The sky is full off snow here in Morden Surrey been snowing most off the day and getting very heavy nowdrinks.gifdrinks.gif

ok things are getting interesting now.. heavy big horizontal flakey snow outside.. most weather experts saying only light snow for london was forcasted. even bbc saying light snow for most of night here... hmmmm something is going very wrong i think :whistling:

alternating between near Blizzard and tiny flakes in a light breeze atm.

Guess about 12cm pack depth now but deeper in drifted areas.

That doesnt look particularly heavy. But i suppose it will pick up moisture over the north sea. Correct me if im wrong

Is seems to have been snowing all afternoon and yet there doesn't seem enough on the ground to match this!

But I have and ingenious plan for when it all finally stops!

In order to keep britains roads clear of snow and ice everyone should go outside and build giant snowmen using the snow from their street and foot path before it starts to melt!

This will stop it turning into annoying slush or compacting making paths and roads slipery and dangerous.
