Over Peterlee, the clouds are seemingly coming in from the southeast (we had some Sea Fret but that has gone thankfully)

Currently getting lots of rumbles from a storm approaching from the South. Can't see any lightning at all though and it's still quite bright at the moment.

Storms passing here now, 7 or 8 cracks of thunder and 5mins of moderate rain. On its way to Northampton now.

Looks like areas more towards Medway and NW Kent, Snodland, "The Mallings" then on towards london are missing the heavier stuff and there for actually missing out on the storms all together. Well that sucks for me, but YAY the rest of Kent drinks.gifyahoo.gif

Edit : sun now trying to come out

Just noticed a few more cells have popped up west of Derby tracking NE'wards. No idea if they're electrified, but I wouldn't say no to another storm!

ps, Snow Cat, that's surely from the Midwest!? :whistling:

It's been a poor year for us Medway lads and lasses storm wise. While northern England has had the best and most of them in general by far. Yes im sad but im happy that theres storms for people none the less :whistling:

I think we have had our fun for today here. It was the best storm we have had here for a long while lasting well over an hour. I can still hear rumbles over towards the East must be from the line of storms still forming.

:whistling: seems to be passing us by and no thunder heard. Looking alot brighter out there now although the winds have got quite gusty in the last few minutes.

well at least it rained for about a minute enough to spot the floor lol

Starting to get dark here again now, can feel the skies getting really heavy. Wind is starting to pick up and so far have seen one flash in the distance and had two bangs of thunder.
