Just booked my flights. As a world traveller with British Airways it says I can enjoy a "complimentary bar" - awesome. What a start to trip ! What about the food, any good ?

It is better than AA - And all your drinks In-Flight are completely free :drinks: Of which the drivers cant take advantage of when travelling out but can when flying back to Blighty. Have also been Upgraded to World Traveller Plus on 2 Occasions in the 7 years I have been flying with them and believe it or not in 2005 I got Upgraded to Club Class which is Out of this World, you actually get a Glass of Champagne when you sit down and have a menu to choose from.

That year was surreal, had just printed off my E-Ticket nd got Row 42J or something like that, then just before boarding got called to the Front, thought something was wrong and then my boarding pass got ripped up and was given 7A - Woohoo with Reclining bed the works, got some funny looks from the suits when I sat down in my Cut Down combats

be nice if someone was on the same flight as me when I fly out.

Ah Gotta Love the Lynch Humour :rofl:

I am sure Ian remembers some more classics, there was one last year which was so simple it was just brilliant.

Seems mad to think in just 108 days time we should be landing in Temps around the 80f Mark at DFW At the end of April :cold:

Esta?

predict that conditions could be similar to that of 2008.

Thanks,

Jeff Mckown :help:

According to a recent article (See link below for details), "U.S. scientists say La Niña-controlled weather patterns have the potential to produce more severe storms".

So I think we will see a higher chance of having above normal severe weather activities, but trying to determine where we will see the most active weather is just too early to tell.

U.S. scientists say La Niña-controlled weather patterns have the potential to produce more severe storms, as those recently seen in the Midwest and South.

La Nina facilitates large tornadic outbreaks and produces more devastating tornadoes"

I wonder if it would be possible for all the members that use this chat thread and who have already booked their flights to give us an indication of what time their return flights leave DFW, that way we will know what time we need to get back to DFW From the last Chase Days etc

Cheers

Paul S

Ian Cameron For Instance is on the 1645 Flight leaving DFW so would need to be at the airport 1345 on the 21st May 2011

I'm flying back to blighty on the 11th May (just in case..... so I don't get caught out like last year *tear*) so you don't need to worry about me :)

Not flying back until the 11th May, just need to collect a car from the car hire area on the 10th before they close.

I am sure Martyn can be persuaded to enjoy 72oz worth of steak.
