Seems that Glos is the new knife edge according to the experts on the snow thread...

Oooh just dragged by broken body from bed to see it is snowing here.

Blimey it was cold last night, even drunk I was freezing, it was also good job the Mr was there to hold me up, I was slipping about like Bambi on my heels. lol. Our taxi took a good slide as well.

Just spent a few minutes looking through the posts, gawd you lot talk alot. :D

Nice to see a few snow flurrys filtering into the region. Nothing really here so far although its the main warm front which is heading our way which will be interesting and nerve bending!

Still praying for the cold front to hold on here till we got a few inches... abandoned the charts and turned to the higher entity to make it snow.

Had a light flurry earlier where the flakes settled on the ground as it was below freezing (both air and ground temp)

Recently we've been getting light sleet with a reasonable amount of snow flakes in, probably was snow when it started. Surprising with a breeze of the channel now that's a few miles away and more than I expected as I didn't expect to see anything falling!

Temp/dew on the rise though.

Currently: Temp: 2.7C

Dew: 0.6C

Very cold last night with a min of -7.6C, would have been a bit lower if some cloud hadn't moved in about 3am.

The BBC forecasts were showing the snow to be north of Bristol, so I resigned myself to not getting any.

It seems to have been the right approach! :sorry:
