net weather radar worth every penny, it's only a couple of pints worth a month :acute:

you could try www.raintoday.co.uk

but you would still need to subscribe to the premium service to indentify between snow/rain etc...

best bet is the NW radar though

It's already green on the nw radar at Williton etc. this means freezing rain right?

Green = sleet

Purple = freezing rain

The max's are progged to be widely +1 by MID DAY across the snow areas I predict so chill about rising temps, it's nothing out of the ordinary!

'Locations such as Swindon/Cheltenham in particular seem to benefit from the shift W on the 06Z NAE. Looks like the 06Z GFS has also shifted slightly further W.'

Been snowing here all morning, but nothing of note, tho the ground was sub -9C so it settled straight away. Not holding out much hope when the main warm front comes through, but nice to have had snow around for a week.
