I saw that clip last night. i just don't understand how his brain got from 'rain' to 'c***' to have that sort of slip of the tongue.

The only thing I can think of is that he was thinking of a 'bucket c***'!

Yes, I got a bit wet earlier, as I was outside and thought the rain would be over our area from about 16:00 to 19:00, from the BBC forecast this morning. My own fault as I didn't check the radar and also thought the sky looked decidedly dodgy before I set out.
