I hate these will it / wont it scenarios. I have cried off work a few times in the past , only to see a dry day.

Yes we do. The back edge is clearing Shrewsbury now and there's nothing behind it. Still...2 hours ago it was looking like nothing and we're going to get a dusting tonight at least. Could be worse.

Still tomorrow as well...alhtough I'm not holding my breath!
