Piers corbyn has updated to say double the amount of snow farcasted on t.v !

Is that the nutcase from the Express?

Better off getting a gypsy to read some tea leaves and make a prediction, just as reliable as Piers

I think it will be touch and go for areas around Birmingham and then after that it’s a question of how far LP systems track North, certainly the good news for Staffs, Derbys, Cheshire is that we have a good drying out period after the rain over the last few months.

Yeah, sadly it does look mainly dry, 2 gfs runs in a row now though show decent setup for tue and wed, showers off north sea, make it here easy if high is far enough north

I like the sound of that Ian. We wil definitely see snow, but how much, how heavy is still uncertain.

Stop worrying guys. You will get snow. Plenty of it. You will have enough to make snowmen, throw snowballs, lots of them. Changes are going to be subtle now. Just enjoy. Would love to be at home right now for this!

4-6mm per hour ppn between 9-1 tomorrow in the DY3 postcode.....

So much differing information at the moment depending on what model or data you look at.

Some are still suggested 20cms snowfall, others saying virtually none lol.

Going to be interesting 24 hours.

Can only suggest that that is based on old information ? All warnings will apparently be removed (for the region) with the exception of Hereford & Worcester and South Shrops.

The met office have tweeted they are extending the amber warnings.
