Yep. Sick of this pathetic cold rain. I want spring. Had a gut full now. I want warm weather.

A 100 mile correction south on the 12z's is all NI needs for a wholloping and a change in the Met Office weather warnings which change with the wind.

50 mile correction south West increases snow chances for Eastern Down and Antrim on the GFS and UKMET 12z.

If it keeps going south everyone will miss out!! Lol. Here's hoping the southward shift slows slightly. Possible change in warning if this

Stays the same!

We had a big hefty shower here about an hour ago but i guess the uppers just weren't cold enough for snow! Ginger that's great news! Hopefully more of you start to see snow soon. Some serious beefy showers heading towards the East Coast now! Intensifying as it heads over the Isle Of Man!

Met Office now got a wishy washy warning out for snow. Just high ground I think

pefer the Northern irelandweather flash warning, seems a bit more realistic. Theres snow starting to accmulate in some low levels.

Northern Ireland Weather

We are monitoring some very heavy snow showers moving across parts of NI, some of these have produced Thunder & Lightning and there is more to come with some intense snow showers developing over the Irish sea. Our current warning may be extended to cover other areas. Please stay tuned folks.

Lol whenever i looked and seen Swords i looked at the radar and thought to myself , na that's lies! rofl.gif I have a while feeling that we will all finally get our snow come Friday! GFS precip charts look tasty and are showing snow right through into Saturday! Fingers crossed anyway.

Woke up this morning to a covering of maybe no more than an inch of snow. The place was already white from last night as there was heavy hail or graupel just before bedtime.

Had about 2cm last night.

All the overnight runs and now the NAE shows snow for NI from the Atlantic fronts.

We may see another change to The Met Office warning.
