Guest bjaykent

There is a colony of the at Cobham Hall grounds, where hubby goes fishing bjay.

I'm not surprised they are at Cobham Hall, they do seem to favour open parkland with mature trees, probably why we don't see many in Gravesend LOL.

some nice convective showers here :) quite heavy too, leaving a light dusting everywhere. Mostly snow and a bit of hail. Praying for a rumble!!

Big showers crossing the Broads now, proper towering clouds. Still need to edge East a bit instead of giving the Broads a dumping.

Another April 08 would be great and although it's hard to say at this point, the last couple of days have shown that it is still possible, even with the longer days/sunlight. I'm not counting any chickens, but keeping an eye on al the indicators out there. I'll be ramping with you all when we get closer and it looks better.

Haha.....after the cold & grey winter, and a cold March, then I'm not sure a cold April would be "great"......!! nea.gifwink.png

V light grainy snow flurry just now - blink and you'd miss it - it has suddenly got cloudy and quite a bit darker though. More interesting than grey mush anyway!

I'm very happy with the first part - however the rumbling I prefer is the reminder I have that I am hungry and its lunchtimebiggrin.png

As long as we don't have another cold and wet may june july august I really won't mind what happen in april as long as we don't get flooding type of rain.

Looked like the end of the world was coming here in Central London, but already stopped after a brief flurry.

Yeah would happily trade a very cold wet March if the result was a July 2006 :)

Lightest of flurries (or maybe light graupel?) here in Benny Hill. I'm not going to be making any snow men out of it

There is that of course!!! I've only been reading these boards for 3 or 4 months, so I want to see if there are as many warm rampers out there as there are cold ones!! Haha!

Just had a pea size hail snower. Everything turned white for about 5 minutes or so. Sun's back out now, but the cloud is starting to bubble up.
