Evening all, not a hint so far tonight of anything dramatic in Reigate.  Mind you I am speaking only of the weather, I can't possibly comment on what might be going on in the wild and reckless centre of town where there could possibly be some people walking home or even contemplating 'having another drink'.  We do, I am told,  have a few wild stop-outs who behave irresponsibly on a Tuesday and get home in some cases after midnight.  Even as I type this some people are walking down our road TALKING QUITE LOUDLY.  Selfish gits.

I will report back if we get any storms.  Also if we get any signs of life generally.

AS

Is that a willy?

I don't think it can be as it's only about 250 miles long

Has Coast been bragging again?!

Hi Jules, there is a danger of this going off topic but I just want to be clear that Coast has not said anything to me about this....

I think the BBC have a case of Astraphobia as they seem scared to use the word 'thunderstorm' in their forcast.

18Z NAE has ditched the idea completely of any thunderstorms tonight in our part of the world. Will stay up for the modified dataset before writing the run off :)

The forecast on their website at 18:00 used the T word.

If it was Tomasz Schafernacker then the above sentence could be misconstrued Posted Image

tamara i feel the same at night. i am much better when im with people unless im outside which i will be if i go to ascot thursday. a good drink or sedative helps me if its a bad storm. and an ipod !!

Thanks - and I agreePosted Image . And an Ascot fix would be a perfect antidote. Dust off the summer dress wardrobe (and put the denim away for  a dayPosted Image) and also dust off lots of unworn pairs of shoesPosted Image  But the collecting is always funPosted Image

I had my dinner outside with Shadow (my cat) and it felt velvety warm (as does ShadowPosted Image ), and although its humid, at this time of night it does feel really comfortable. Does it always have to lead to storms thoughPosted Image , because otherwise I could easily live with it as long as the sea breeze kicked in during the day and took the humidity away and then that meant that the sun and blue sky could be enjoyedPosted Image Posted Image  *dream bubble*
