Morning all

No fog in Reigate this morning but plenty of low cloud, although there was the suggestion of some sunshine breaking through about half an hour ago, hopefully it will try harder next time.

Morning Each

No fog here (Hatfield or Town) this morning.....

So looking at the convective thread there "might" be some storms  coming this weekend but the risk is diminishing. Robin, from a selfish point of view (I run my bootsale in Leigh on Sea Essex on Sunday morning) whats it looking like down there?

Thanks

L

Isn't Beige considered to be the new Grey this season?  I heard it’s the go-to colour for any space and has actually became so popular that many people have started  mixing the neutrals to be more unique, the new colour is referred to as "greige' by some Posted Image

So errr, why didn't the cloud put up this pathetic level of resistance yesterday, low cloud completely gone now.

Morning all - No fog here this morning much to my dissapointment. Instead we have low cloud, which as I type seems to be burning off. Heres hoping for an afternoon like yesterday.

Stopped as quickly as it started, the thunder was very unexpected.   Sky still looks quite threatening though.

Certainly wasn't expecting to see thunderstorms anywhere in the SE today, no hint for them from the charts. The thunder showers appear to be moving west to east to the south of London, so avoiding here, hard to make much out in the misty murkyness anyway.

Someone cranking up the Van der Graaf generator without letting the models know?

The sun is now easing itself through the murk and into the day, thanks for catching up with the rest of us early risers.

It better get a shift on if it's going to give a forecast 22°C to some parts of our region today, as the best we can muster so far is 16.1°C:

Bournemouth already at 20C, should reach predicted values with ease. Won't expect much more than 20C here as we have a wind off the sea.

Feeling very warm / muggy outside. Current temp 17c. The suns not playing ball this morning, it better pull its finger out and work harder... Still low cloud here. ;-)

Sun trying for a comeback here after a wonderful start, but the radar shows decaying showers heading east, will they make it here (or to the triangle)?

Afternoon all,

Started off cloudy and misty this morning, brightened up by mid-morning and is now back to being cloudy this afternoon (all be it minus the mist)

On the plus, it's hump day - so the weekend is now in gradually getting in sight Posted Image
