Nothing at all reaching the east of the NI.  Showers seem to die out slightly west of lough neagh.  Hopefully this next band reaches this far.  Steady showers showing on radar coming in now.

Was white this morning and has been snowing heavy now for a while and is white again. I'm trying to get a sleep for work tonight but the snow is keeping me awake

I think Ronan is on a 24 hour snow watch marathon

I was in Limavady there and at about 12:45 the snow was seriously heavy and started lying. Back in Dungiven now and I think it has followed me home! Flakes not quite as big yet but really coming down.

It's strange looking at the radar as the precipitation appears to be moving in a North Easterly direction yet its falling as snow, very unusual. Hopefullyy the wind will change more Weserly or North Westerly to drive the showers further East.

The Dublin border appears to be holding the snow shield up looking at the radar!!!

Anyway, Met have their hands full today and tomorrow:

Looking promising that some of the showers are keeping their course for MBY now… Hopefully within the hour...

I will of course, keep the champagne on ice! But I can see a bank of clouds to my west/south west. Whether it snows or not is the 6 million dollar question!
