Mornin All, a damp start this morning with light rain and 6.8°C

Yesterday was all wizz bang, reaching a glorious 11.6C.

I'm in Poole at the moment, a few breaks in the cloud making it feel quite warm. I've just checked my app, and my gauge at home is showing 12.3C - Not bad at all!

Spring has sprung in Warminster, it's nudged above 13c in the last 15 minutes thanks to a prolonged spell of sunshine, this after a chilly and drizzly start, windows open and fresh air for the house!

A light frost this morning with the temperature not quite falling to freezing, but a lovely crystal clear start to the day. Tomorrow looks to be a complete contrast.

Minus 1.1C meant another ice scraping session, this time I didnt wake the missus! Cracking out there now, with wall to wall blue. Summer on it's way...

Really is nice in the sun now the it is a bit higher! Turbulent weekend to come, then from Monday more mixed bag weather.

My mindset has gone properly into Spring and Summer mode today.

 

Working outside I love cold frosty mornings and don't mind wintry showers (like Monday's wet snowstorms), but to have a day of almost unbroken sunshine with the warmth on my back, being able to dry 3 loads of washing on the line and recently potter around the garden without the need for several layers of clothing has made today superb!

 

Primroses, daffodils, snowdrops and crocuses in bloom with tulips on their way up  .

Yep, Spring is certainly in my mind too.

 

Want to get out in the garden, clean the car, clean the windows, all the things you do when the weather turners drier and warmer, and nights get lighter.

 

Certainly not interested in anything cold now, especially as it would have to be proper proper cold to get snow her in Weston.

ran along Bournemouth seafront this afternoon all the way up to Hengistbury Head - absolutely glorious. I love this weather - frosty crisp start and lovely bright afternoon.

 

To think people were desperate for a gloomy easterly feed!

After a fine morning with scattered large Cu a veil of Cs encroached from the west becoming As now with slight rain.

Snow here!!!! OK, I'm cheating because I'm in Norway, at Oslo airport and was in Finland Tuesday & Wednesday!! Apparently its been 4c above the monthly average, so no wonder everyone says its too warm..

I bought a skiing type jacket, but I've been sweating like hell, even though there is snow on the ground!!! Cheers all (bugger, flight delayed until 6:25......)
