Just went out in Brizzle for lunch and its lovely, mild and blue skies  :good:I'm enjoying this whilst it lasts.

5th consecutive day with almost maximum sunshine, with added Cirrus in the last 24 hours to provide colourful sunsets and sunrises while not causing the sun to become more than a little hazy! 19.3c at the moment and a breeze from the East.

What's wrong with it? Plenty warm enough and it's actually preventing fog in the mornings which would likely mean 3 or 4 hours less sun on each day this week!

This is just the perfect autumn weather we're having at the moment & long may it continue.

 

Yes if all early and mid autumn could be this gorgeous weather before some real cold can take its place once we hit November avoiding the grim endless rainy days.

We have some cloud for the first time since early last Saturday! It's broken Stratocumulus/fair weather Cumulus and there is plenty of warm sunshine too.

So much for the winds easing along the south coast today!  At Portland Bill it was blowing a hoolie all morning and in to the early afternoon.  Other than that it was a glorious day, sunny, slightly hazy, and warm.

Today makes it 8 days with pretty much maximum sunshine aside from a little Stratocumulus on a few early mornings and also a few afternoons with scattered Cumulus.

Chilly clear night at the moment and 5.7c but the mist and fog normally prevents a frost at moment.
