GFS // miles better than GFS at T180:

And down to the more substantial mini-block at T144, I would say.  I think the // solution is the more likely.

To much hanging on every single run going on in here, slightly annoying lol. Take the bigger picture and the trend is good. Chances of snow the weekend again before it possibly gets even more interesting

I'd disagree , there is some good analysis on the runs as they come out , I think there is enough realism in here to understand that things change run to run

GFSp has snow for many areas almost every day next week. By the end of the week there’s a covering everywhere ...except south of the M4 of course

I don’t know why we are discussing this as the snow charts will change every run but Stoke is very near the Peak District ...
