@Nick123 Maybe getting stronger later? Just breezy at the moment. Lost 2 tree's already so far with all these storm's so a respite would be nice.

Very strong gusts down in Worcestershire tonight, hearing/reading of a few trees blown down in the county, definitely more active than isha was in this area

Very windy along the south coast with weather app showing at 50mph+ gusts, yet no yellow weather warning 🤔

I tell you what, it is blowing an absolute hoolie out there, definitely packing more of a punch than Isha did. Nice warm wind however so that's a plus.

@Callie it's gusting in the 40s mostly on our part of the south coast, we're used to more than that, so no need for a yellow warning imo.

Yup balmy evening in this part of the world, was 14C quite recently this evening and in some places nearby 15C! With temps still in double figures, I'm guessing there might not have been an inversion to favour lee winds? The mildest uppers are moving east but people may be right as I don't know what the temperature profile through the atmosphere is doing.

The strength of the wind seems a bit less here compared to Sunday purely on noise level but it isn't far off.

Two options on LIVE tab from netweather website

Current, so hourly observations (but they can take 20mins to update)

Or Today- so highest/lowest since 00Z. THe list does include some mountain sites

We had stronger gusts than Sunday, but for a shorter period of time. Hope everyone is safe and we're set for a boring period of weather!

Max gust 56mph. No obvious damage, thankfully despite the direction of the wind. WSW usually wins the battle with my fence 😡

45-55mph for the most part here although it did get up to around 60mph at times between 2 - 3:30am. Not as strong or long lasting as Isha up here.

Hi everyone, long time lurker, first time poster! Last night definitely felt worse than Isha did in Colwyn Bay, up at ~200 m ASL, must have been gusting close to 70mph for a good four hours. For reference I live about 20 miles from Capel Curig, which saw the 97mph gust recorded.

Still very blustery here in north Midlands, almost 24 hours of strong and blustery winds.
