Its all getting a bit late in the day here in west Wales. Rain, verging on sleet, but the heavier precipitation not reaching us, and in any case it will be clearing by mid evening Down to 2.8c. Wind round to the north also a sign it will be moving away fairly soon. Hope you have more luck further SE!

Light snow here, very wet though. It turns to sleet at 250m ASL then rain at 150m ASL. There has been a partial thaw here today, biggest thaw since snow started on the 1st of Feb. Current temp is 0.4C
