Cheltenham isn't far from tetbury but it is about 500ft higher, probably makes a huge difference.

I reckon its snowing in Crickly and Leckhampton hills.they look shrouded in white haze

very nice

how deep was it...

007 looks like its going half way up the gate!

Up on the tops it was up to 50cm deep in places with an average of 30cm. Was utterly beautiful driving around (thank god for 4X4 - saw quite a few abandon cars)

Looking at the radar at the moment we may struggle tonight

Once more the cotswolds are keeping the heaviest precip away from cheltenham in a neat little circle

Lets hope that doesnt continue or its game over here

Hey there had much snow in tetbury over the last week, I lived there for over 15yrs and can remenber many a memorable snow event for the town 91 and 2000 springs to mind

I used to live in conygar road number 40 opposite northfield garage. :(

Temps falling rapidly here little rissington reporting 1.5c although I think the car thermometer is faulty it was reading 3.5 half hour ago it's colder than that :D

Just got in. Definitely bits of wet snow in with the rain. Was expecting rain to be heavier by now, but I expect it will pep up later! Heavy snow was expected later this evening, so it's early days yet, peeps. :D

Is this going to be one huge damp squip >. The Metoffice has not updated their weather warnings since Sunday which is unusual in these situations.

What's a damp squip?

It should start falling more rapidly soon

3.3c here with dew at 2c.....once dews are another degree or so lower and temp under 2c we should start to see it turning sleety....thats if the heavier precip ever makes it here
