The stuff in Poole has come in off the channel is just a bit of light fluff, Poole will get hammered, particularly the higher bits, corfe mullen, Bournemouth etc.

The current centre of the forming low seems to be the east midlands. But the snow has become very snow moving in the last hr or so and will gradually come to almost a stop in a triangle from Bristol to London to the IOW and then Pivot around the IOW.

Still very much as forecast by the METO and the NAE.

temps and DP looking marginal however for us in poole, just drizzled

Snow up here! Was sleet down at work just outside Exeter but coming back up here the roads turned white and there is a covering, still snowing a bit, but the high moor looks to be getting a pasting!

Is this just the sign of things to come or is this it? Radar of TQ13 anyone? Pretty please? wink.gif

Edit: Much like that: Postbridge, Dartmoor

Amazing rain, sleet, and snow, in Exeter had a little flurrie at7 am ..but thats it.Even Plymouth has had snow??

very heavy RAIN in poole, pathetic

Okay - got rain/hail too now. If you check out the five day forecast for our area it does say rain/sleet untill three o'clock. Have patience, I have faith in Iceberg, if he says we are going to get it I am certain we will !

After some light snow this morning we now have heavy sleet. Temp 3.2c DP 2c.

Hoping it may turn to snow before it dies out but i think it may be a case of seeing what happens tonight.

Some good snow fall here with 3-4 inch depth in my back garden. It was fun driving across the moor, glad to have 4x4. Police were stopping motorists coming up on to the moor except for residents with 4x4.

Stopped snowing here, but the fir trees on the hills look rather funky.

Is anyone able to do a radar shot of TQ13? Looks really thick with it further north, but doesn't seem to be moving this way!

Nice one, can you send it this way please? Just had a cm or so here!

Sounds like Feb last year, they closed the road up to our village... fun fun!
